Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Every account gets free styles every day; the Create page shows how many you have left today. Redrawing a picture that doesn't look like your pet is free too (it uses today's free styles). There's nothing to buy yet.
Why do I need to sign in?
Drawing costs us real money, so we ask you to sign in with Google or your email when you tap Create. That also keeps your art saved in My creations. You can pick photos and styles before signing in.
What happens to my photos?
They stay on your device until you tap Create. We shrink them and strip hidden data like GPS location first. Original photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. We never sell them or use them to train AI models.
Is the art made by AI?
Yes — every picture is AI-generated art, and we label it that way. While we're in beta we sometimes show two versions from different AI models and ask which one looks more like your pet.
Can I order a magnet or a pillow?
Not yet. Physical merch is coming soon. Join the waitlist on the Merch page and tell us what you'd like; we'll email you when it's ready.
Which pets and photos work best?
Dogs and cats, one pet per photo, in good light, with the whole pet in frame. Please only upload photos of pets — no people.
Who can use PetPop?
PetPop is for adults 18 and older.
